After the cancelation of the 2020 ScotFest because of COVID-19, Tulsa Metro Pipe Band was thrilled to join the thousands who thronged to the festival in September 2021.
2020 was a crazy year. The band prepared for a normal-for-us St. Patrick’s Day and we were only able to play one event before the lockdown was initiated.
Here at the Tulsa Metro Pipe Band we are busy tuning up for ScotFest – one of the biggest, most energetic Celtic celebrations in the United States (September 13-15, 2019).
An annual highlight of each spring is our journey to the Iron Thistle Scottish Heritage Festival and Highland Games. Once again, on Saturday, April 27, 2019, members of the Tulsa Metro Pipe Band will be packing our instruments and rolling southwest to join our friends in Yukon, Oklahoma.
