Salvation Army of Tulsa – Walk for the Homeless

This band loves everything about Tulsa. We believe that Tulsans are a unique type of people. You don’t have to be born here, but live here for a while and you will see the spirit of this part of Oklahoma. Almost everyone you meet gives money or time to some type of charitable organization. Wealthy or not, we feel strongly about improving ourselves and helping others.

The band shares in this ethos. We were asked by The Salvation Army of Tulsa to help celebrate and promote a very public fundraising idea from their newest Commander – 66 Miles On Route 66 in 66 Hours Walk for the Homeless. When Commander Chapman was on his final steps towards the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa, the band merged with the Commander and his entourage for an official end to his 66 mile trek. It was our honor and pleasure.
